No documented interaction was identified between vitamin E and probiotics in the sources reviewed.
See the full Probiotics page and Vitamin E page for other reviewed interactions and reference information.
What the interaction means
Vitamin E's own NIH ODS Health Professional fact sheet names two interaction concerns -- bleeding risk with anticoagulant/antiplatelet medications above 400 IU/day, and reduced chemotherapy/radiotherapy effectiveness -- and probiotics are not among them. NCCIH's probiotics page does not mention vitamin E or tocopherol.
No documented interaction between Probiotics and Vitamin E was identified in the authoritative sources reviewed. This is not a guarantee that no interaction exists for every dose, formulation, or individual -- it means the sources checked did not document one.
Practical context
Vitamin E's NIH ODS fact sheet and NCCIH's probiotics page were checked directly, full text, in both directions. Vitamin E's own named interaction concerns do not include probiotics.
